How quickly will you respond to my message?
We aim to respond to all general inquiries within one business day. Tips and breaking news submissions are reviewed much faster — our editors check the tip line continuously during business hours and our on-call editor monitors it overnight.
Can I request a correction to a published story?
Absolutely, and we take corrections seriously. Please email corrections@millbrookcourier.com with the story link, the specific error, and any supporting information. Our editor-in-chief reviews all correction requests personally.
How do I place an obituary or community announcement?
Obituaries and community announcements can be submitted via our online form or emailed to announcements@millbrookcourier.com. Standard obituaries are free for Millbrook residents. Paid display announcements start at $35. Our team will follow up with formatting details.
