Subscriptions
What subscription options are available?
We offer three main options: Digital Only ($5.99/month), Print + Digital ($12.99/month), and an Annual Digital plan ($59.99/year — saves you two months). All plans include full access to our website, archives going back to 2004, and our daily newsletter.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at millbrookcourier.com/account. To cancel, simply select 'Manage Subscription' and follow the prompts. If you run into any trouble, email subscriptions@millbrookcourier.com and we'll sort it out quickly — no runaround, we promise.
Is there a student or senior discount?
Yes! Students with a valid .edu email address get 50% off the Digital plan. Millbrook residents aged 65+ qualify for our Senior Rate of $3.99/month for Digital. Just email subscriptions@millbrookcourier.com with proof of eligibility and we'll apply the discount to your account.
My print paper didn't arrive — what should I do?
We're sorry about that! Call our circulation hotline at (555) 204-7803 between 7am and 10am on delivery days (Thursday). We can usually arrange a same-day re-delivery within the Millbrook city limits. All subscribers also have full digital access, so you can read the full edition online while you wait.
Editorial Standards & Coverage
How does the Courier decide what stories to cover?
Our editorial team meets every weekday morning to review story pitches, community tips, and scheduled events. We prioritize stories that have a direct impact on Millbrook residents' daily lives — local government decisions, public safety, schools, business, and community events. We also take reader tips seriously and investigate many stories based on community feedback.
What is your policy on corrections?
We correct errors promptly and transparently. When a factual error is found in a published story, we update the article with a visible correction notice at the top explaining what was changed and when. We do not silently edit stories. Correction requests can be sent to corrections@millbrookcourier.com.
Does the Courier take political positions?
Our news coverage is strictly nonpartisan — we report facts and let readers draw their own conclusions. Our editorial board does publish opinion endorsements during local election seasons, which are clearly labeled as opinion and kept entirely separate from our news coverage. Our reporters have no involvement in editorial board decisions.
Can I write a Letter to the Editor?
Absolutely — letters are one of our favorite parts of the paper! Submit your letter to letters@millbrookcourier.com. Letters should be under 300 words, include your full name and neighborhood (we don't publish addresses), and be on a topic relevant to Millbrook. We publish selected letters every Thursday in print and online.

“I've been a subscriber since 2003. The Courier is part of my Thursday morning routine — coffee, the paper, and a slow start to the day. It's the one news source I actually trust completely.”
